Kristi McCann

Kristi is a passionate educator and workplace culture strategist with over 20 years of experience in human resources and more than seven years of teaching in higher education. Having served in leadership roles across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, Kristi brings a unique and practical perspective to every audience she engages.

Currently pursuing her Doctorate in Organizational Learning and Innovation at Wilmington University, Kristi's research focuses on transforming organizational culture into environments that truly care—where empathy, trust, and authenticity thrive. Her presentations challenge leaders to connect with their teams at the "heart level," fostering vulnerability, trust, and courageous conversations that drive engagement and resilience.

Known for her energizing and interactive style, Kristi ensures that participants walk away not only inspired but equipped—with actionable steps they can immediately apply to strengthen team dynamics and navigate change with confidence.
Dr. Gina Forrest
Gina is a passionate and collaborative leader, Dr. Gina Forrest is known for her strategic mindset, inclusive vision, and research-informed approach. With experience across the for-profit, nonprofit, government, and academic sectors, she deeply understands that people are an organization’s greatest asset.

Dr. Gina earned her PhD in Health Behavior with a minor in Nonprofit Management, focusing her research on health inequities. She also holds a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Leadership, reinforcing her commitment to equity, systems change, and impact.

As the inaugural Chief Diversity Officer for the Indiana Supreme Court, Dr. Gina established a statewide DEI department from the ground up. Today, she serves as Chief People & Public Health Officer at Aspire Indiana Health, where she leads multiple departments, drives strategic planning, provides workforce training, and fosters a culture of belonging.

With more than a decade of experience in higher education, Dr. Gina is a dedicated educator and mentor who designs courses that shape future changemakers. She has taught at four institutions and brings a wealth of knowledge, heart, and clarity to every classroom.

Outside of work, Dr. Gina is a proud wife and mother to two adult sons. Her personal passions include practicing African Yoga, exploring energy work as a Reiki practitioner, and training to become a Death Doula.
