Kristi is a passionate educator and workplace culture strategist with over 20 years of experience in human resources and more than seven years of teaching in higher education. Having served in leadership roles across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, Kristi brings a unique and practical perspective to every audience she engages.
Currently pursuing her Doctorate in Organizational Learning and Innovation at Wilmington University, Kristi's research focuses on transforming organizational culture into environments that truly care—where empathy, trust, and authenticity thrive. Her presentations challenge leaders to connect with their teams at the "heart level," fostering vulnerability, trust, and courageous conversations that drive engagement and resilience.
Known for her energizing and interactive style, Kristi ensures that participants walk away not only inspired but equipped—with actionable steps they can immediately apply to strengthen team dynamics and navigate change with confidence.
